Workshops are 1 ½ hours in length. Gender Odyssey recognizes the vast amount of knowledge and experience that all of our attendees bring to this conference. Presenters are strongly encouraged to incorporate at least half the allotted time of their presentation for discussion and questions from the conference attendees. I understand that the conference staff will notify me by email, no later than April 20, 2014, to let me know whether my proposal has been accepted.
If my proposal is accepted,
I/we agree to present on the day and time assigned to me/us by Gender Odyssey. I understand that conference programming spans Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Aug 15-17, 2014) from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
I will pre-register at current registration rate to confirm my ability to present by May 10, 2014. If I need financial assistance, I will complete and return the scholarship application on Gender Odyssey’s website. I am submitting this workshop submission form
before March 2, 2014. I understand that Gender Odyssey staff will direct all communications only to the person submitting the proposal and that it is that person’s responsibility to inform any co-presenters of all information and agreements stated herein or in subsequent communications.
