Kasha Roseta is a Program Supervisor with the Equity and Civil Rights Office at the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) in Olympia. She works with parents, students, and school employees to resolve allegations of discrimination, conduct civil rights trainings, and monitor school districts for compliance with civil rights laws. Prior to joining OSPI, Kasha spent two years practicing law in the private sector and five years teaching English and social studies at Billings Middle School in Seattle. Originally from Oregon, she earned her law degree from Seattle University, her M.P.A. from the University of Washington, and her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, where she also competed in Division I college soccer.
