Lodging and Travel

The conference dates correspond with a very busy Seattle weekend and area hotels expect to be fully booked. Please book early as they assure us they will run out of rooms.

Though exact times and some locations are still to be determined, this draft conference schedule can reliably be used when making travel arrangements. Plan on arriving in Seattle by early afternoon on Thursday, Aug 14th and leaving in the later evening on Sunday, Aug 17th.  We’d love to see you at our Wind Down Party so consider spending one more night and leaving on Monday!

Gender Odyssey Housing and Ride Share Message Board

Please join our Yahoo room/ride share listserv if you would like to connect with local attendees to arrange housing. Many conference attendees have opened their homes for the weekend to offer some Seattle hospitality. Out-of-town attendees are often able to connect with each other on this list to arrange shared transportation and/or housing at the Silver Cloud.

NOTE: Gender Odyssey does not assist in making these connections or handle any pre-screening. Find out as much information as possible about an individual beforehand and use at your own risk.
