Scholarships and Assistance

To make the conference accessible to as many people as possible, we offer subsidies and scholarships for those in need.

We are grateful to the many community members whose donations to our scholarship fund greatly increase the number of scholarships and subsidies we are able to provide.

We offer four categories of assistance:

Volunteering
Subsidized Registration
Teen/Youth Scholarships
Scholarships

Volunteering

Jan - Aug 15th

You can get a partial refund of your registration fee by volunteering at the conference. For every 2 hour shift you complete, we'll refund $10 of your registration fee, up to a $50 refund.

Please register with full payment, and send in your volunteer application. Registering early will give you maximum savings.

Subsidies

Deadline: July 31st

Subsidized Registration: only $65.00

Subsidized registrations are granted on a first come, first served basis. We strongly encourage you to apply early.

Please include a statement of approximately 75-150 words that answers the following questions:

1. Why are you requesting financial assistance?
2. What do you hope to learn or gain by coming to the conference?
3. What plans have you made to assist you in coming to the conference? (Housing, transportation, etc.)

Once we receive your application, we'll send you an email to let you know whether we are able to award you a subsidy. Your award letter will have instructions for sending payment.

Teen/Youth Scholarships
