Conference Program Book

Placing an ad in the Gender Odyssey conference program book is a great way to reach a large audience of trans and gender non-conforming people, their friends, families, and a wide array of health providers. Attendees carry it with them throughout the conference, peruse it over the weekend, and take it home with them as a keepsake. Hundreds of people will see your ad — people who are specifically looking for resources, services, and organizations that are friendly to their needs.

While we sell books at many conferences and outside events, the Gender Odyssey conference is far and above the most successful. We offer a variety of formats and prices to fit your budget. We encourage you to get your ad in early for best placement. For ad specifications and prices, see below.  Ads are due by May 19 for the GO Pro Los Angeles book and July 17 for the GO, GO Family, and GO Pro Seattle book.

Ad Specifications:

  • Ads must be correctly sized for the program book.
  • Back cover and inside covers will be printed in full color. A limited number of full-page color ads are also available. All other ads will be printed in black and white.
  • Ads must be submitted as digital files. We prefer vector files (Illustrator-compatible .pdf or .eps) but will also accept raster files (PhotoShop .tif or .jpg.) PhotoShop files must be 300 dpi at printing size.
  • Changes and corrections to ads will be billed at $45 per hour.
  • Ads must be submitted by May 19 for LA program, and July 17, 2017 for Seattle..

Registration Packet Inserts

As an alternative or addition to advertising in the program, you may supply flyers, coupons, or brochures for insertion into our conference registration packets. Payment and inserts must be sent in advance and received no later than May 19 for the GO Los Angeles and July 17 for GO, GO Family, and GO Pro Seattle. 

Insert Specifications:

  • Submit 700 pre-printed copies of your flier or coupon to be inserted.
  • Inserts and payment must be received no later than July 17, 2017.

Website Advertising

We also offer advertising on our website with your choice of 6 or 12 months’ duration, both of which include the time period leading up to the conferences.
